Career Journey

The Founder & Managing Director of FinStep Asia brings over two decades of experience across financial services, fintech, and Web3 in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, India, and the UAE. He uniquely combines regulatory depth and industry leadership—having been part of the foundational team that built Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and served as an External Consultant to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Innovation Hub in Hong Kong. A proven ecosystem builder, he is Co-founder of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and IndiaTech Hong Kong, and formerly served as Global Startup Ambassador for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
